Hot Chocolate
Recipe from my Great Aunt Sharon
8qt box Powdered Carnation Milk (about 11 c)
1 lb powdered sugar (about 4 c)
6 0z jar coffeemate
16 0z (or smallest, I found a 20 oz and it worked too) box of Nestle's Choc Quick
Mix all together. Use about 1/3 cup per 2/3 cup boiling water or to taste. Makes a huge tub that should last you most of the winter! :-)
Sounds interesting... But makes a ton of mix! My parents will be coming out next weekend (weekend before Christmas). You should send some mix with my mom so I can try it before I make a huge batch. I wonder how long it would keep...
