Laramie

We're in Laramie tonight. Actually we've been here most of the day. Erik spent most of his childhood here, so we've been walking down memory lane. The kids haven't been as interested in the old homes as in the city parks and such. I've loved seeing all the places that "Little Erik" use to spend time at. We were able to see one couple that he's known forever (the father to his best friend back then) tonight for dinner, which was really cool. Lunch was cool too. We were able to eat at this wonderful little mMexican restaurant called "Chelos". It seriously had the best Mexican food I've ever had outside of Mexico. I snapped the pictures above with my cell phone at Chelos.

Tomorrow we eat breakfast with another couple (the mother of his best friend back then) and then we'll head to Denver. Not exactly sure what we'll do there yet. Maybe the zoo, Euliches (sp?), the aquarium, or something else more exciting for the kiddos. I'm looking forward to spending a couple days there because we're going to stay with one of my good friends from junior high. I don't think I've seen her since high school, so I am really looking forward to that. Then on Friday it'll be off to the dude ranch for the family reunion. I'm sure the next few days will go fast, the past two definitely have!!
