Home & a First

I am home. Yay! We drove all the way from Lyons, Colorado to our own wonderful beds yesterday, getting in near midnight. It was a long haul but oh so worth it. There is just something about sleeping in your own bed after being gone for a week. It was a great vacation, and I have lots of pictures and stories to share, but for now I am working on a huge pile of laundry and a super dirty house that is desperate for a cleaning. Oh and a gross car that needs a good bath inside and out. So, I will leave you with this. The last night at our family reunion, we had a Karaoke night, and for the first time ever (and probably last time) in my life, I actually sang karaoke. My sister and I (with a little help from Lindsay) sang "Fancy" by Reba. It was hilarious, I think I laughed more than sang while we were up there.  It was fun.
