I understand not being happy with where you are though... Just remember your friends don't care how you look, we love you no matter what and think you look fabulous...sweat, and all! But of course, it always comes down to how we feel about how we look. A much trickier problem.Jamihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13429796598663084384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2492754224774004975.post-18015217330075576602008-07-17T12:50:00.000-06:002008-07-17T12:50:00.000-06:00Thanks Mel :-)Thanks Mel :-)Kendrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13791249950444252618noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2492754224774004975.post-35597574033369743162008-07-17T10:52:00.000-06:002008-07-17T10:52:00.000-06:00First, you are NOT fat. I'm already down about five pounds and I just started a few weeks ago.

Just remember that with running, you will need to put calories back in order to lose the calories that need to go away. No, that doesn't mean you can have ice cream every night, but it's OK to treat yourself once in a while!

Don't be so hard on yourself! You just completed a marathon!

Oh, and hot baths are OK - after you ice. The ice helps with the swelling/water retention and the hot baths help relax. Just NEVER use a heating pad. Moist heat only. ;)Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06775168642478125710noreply@blogger.com
